Same misevaluation as people made when comparing Divine Gambit and Ravenform in Kaldheim. A 2/2, like a 1/1 flyer, is still a body that can effect the board. Unless you're taking out a game winning bomb with it, it's usually not worth it.

Kind of the opposite. Disinformation Campaign doesn't actively effect the opponent's life total.

@@estebanrodriguez5409 You don't make a very clear distinction of what "ends matches" means. Both cards gain the user card advantage and advance their ability to end the game, yet your comment seemed to think Intimidation Campaign doesn't do that. It directly leads to the opponent's life total going to 0, while as you describe it Disinformation Campaign just slowly chokes the opponent on resources until your other cards finish them off. The "at least" seems to indicate that Intimidation Campaign is less direct than Disinformation Campaign at ending the opponent, when it's the opposite.

@@Mordalon I think leaving your opponent without cards puts the match in your favor WAY faster than making them lose life, which doesn't impact the state of the game. You make them discard AND draw a card, that's a huge card advantage, for 3 mana. Compare Intimidation Campaign with something like Ill-Gotten Inheritance, a card in a similar set to Desinformation Campaign. You don't have to invest too much mana, that's great for the effect of slowly stealing life each turn, but if you have to spend 3 each time... I don't know if that's worth a card and a two life swing.

@@estebanrodriguez5409 Again, I know that making the opponent discard is generally better than draining for 1 life. I've been specifically referring to your confusing wording seeming to act like draining the opponent doesn't end the game. Your initial specific wording is saying that it doesn't end the game and is just a wheel-spinning card, when it's literally not. I'm not arguing if one is better than the other, I'm arguing with the specific metric you decided to judge them by, "ending the game".
