1 Corinthians 15: 1 - 4
1 Moreover, brethren, I declare unto you the gospel which I preached unto you, which also ye have received, and wherein ye stand;
2 By which also ye are saved, if ye keep in memory what I preached unto you, unless ye have believed in vain.
3 For I delivered unto you first of all that which I also received, how that Christ died for our sins according to the scriptures;
4 And that he was buried, and that he rose again the third day according to the scriptures:

Sensible and well structured advice. One caveat, though, is that breaking habits is hard and people often only are inclined to change if the suffering is intens enough. One key aspect to move beyond that is the ability to own your own mistakes. It's the only way to forgive yourself and move past detrimental habits. The easier you can accept your own fallibility, the easier it is to change behaviors. Another benefit of owning your own mistakes is that it prevents someone else owning your mistakes.

Thank you @cyclingphilosopher8798. Excellent points and I really look forward to your comments and wisdom. So true about suffering often being needed for change to happen and sad too. Suffering can break us or crush us, but then hopefully we can grow from that vs. staying down. Owning our mistakes is very important. Forgiving ourselves...very challenging at times.

I'm fine. Your contact is very nice but some customized your channel and videos. If you do it your video view, subscriber and watch time will increase
