ほぼ様々なメニューの調理作業しか映していない動画なのに、見せるねえ。無駄がないスキがない。殺気立ってはいないが凄味がある。良くこんなカッコイイ、レベルが高い調理作業のオペレーションを、構築できるものだ。素晴らしい!

ここ行きました!。宮崎県のローカルチェーン店が熊本でやってけるか心配だったけどお客さんいらっしゃるようで良かったです😊 他のうどん店と比べて値段は高いけどこのご時勢で無料でサラダバーやお野菜、海藻、ごぼう茶が飲み放題なのでコスパはむしろ良いです。 後はお手洗いがパーキングエリアっぽいのが面白かったです。 今度はおでん食べ放題あればチャレンジしたい🤤

Burdock's earthy flavor matches really well with soba tsuyu (broth). With duck and negi (Japanese green onion), it's heaven. It's one of the flavor combinations that I need to taste once in a while to feel life is worth living. Burdock tempura is delicious, and this restaurant makes it the way I love it: razor thin slices of burdock, a very light coating and a humongous size... so much better than chips, you could snack on them and it wouldn't feel heavy on your tummy. And the best part, it's quite healthy. You can eat their food without guilt. 😋

The preparation from start to finishing a dish is very synchronized. To viewers, this looks easy but I am sure hours of practice are involved. The movement is like a symphony similar to an automation plant assembling a product.

なんとまあ、私が阿蘇へのドライブで通過していたお店ではありませんか❗立野か瀬田辺りにありますよね❗😳 国道の四車線化工事前に開業したから、こんな場所にと驚きました😅 その後は熊本地震で付近の道路は破壊されて通行止めになったことでしょう😱 まあ色々ありましたが、人気店だとは口コミで聞いていました🤭お店の中身を動画で見られるとか、凄い時代ですね❗私もそのうち、食べに行きます😎

タリアテッレ(イタリア語発音)・タグリアテリ(英語発音)の揚げ物かと思っちゃった。フェットチーネというよりはタリアテッレだと思ったのにな〜。まさかのゴボウ。美味しそうですね〜。

「指はいっているのが残念」てコメント見たけど、そんなこと言ったら、山菜も天ぷらもぜんぶ素手で触っとるやん。麺も素手で触っとるし。なんも食えんぞ?? そりゃ現金触った手で指を突っ込まれたら嫌だけど、料理中の指でしょ??何も問題が無いわ。

かつては人吉ループ橋とともに観光施設もありましたがみんな閉店…でこの茶屋だけ残ってる状態です。頑張って店残してほしいです。ループ橋の景色は始めての人はびっくりしますよ

ここは!?何もかも忘れてゴボ天うどん食べに行ってみたい😂椎茸は関東では ほとんど使われないのです。(鍋焼うどんには入るところもあります。)駅前のただの真っ黒なソバにはある意味ショックを受けましたから。

Do they put oily food on newspaper to absorb the oil? It doesn’t look sanitary although you may argue the ink used on the newspaper is made from soy. Was real newspaper used? Or just some parchment paper made to look like newspaper?

Burdock is a plant also called Arctium and in Japan is called Gobo. The Japanese cultivate this plant for the roots (like westerners do carrots or beets). It is a brown root and almost looks like a tree branch when you dig it up. It has a very earthy, almost woody flavor. It is often put in soups, stews, or sliced thin and cooked in a dish called Kinpira Gobo. They also slice it thin and make tempura out of it in a style called Kaki Age. Fried gobo tastes quite good when it draws in the flavor of the soup and makes a great topping to light noodle soups like udon or soba. It is not typically used in ramen. It is said to have high antioxidant properties as well as a generous amount of fiber.

Very cool spot!, thanks for sharing, 2 questions at the 4.21 rice is being stuffed into something and put in a pan and also about the 10.10 it looks like some type of foam?, is going in the black bowl that is getting topped with the large crispy noodle, which I’ve never seen before being served with ramen!, if anyone could help me out with these questions , that would be greatly appreciated!, thank you,I always enjoy the JFC Videos!
