Yes God will help you overcome! I held on to my past.. The only thing it did was to carry me into a dark depression! But I gave it to God! Yes I still remember.. but it helped me to move forward!

Holding on to the past pulls us back from the new things God has for us. Release the hurt, the pain, the disappointment and reach out for the new things God is raising for you. You can't hold on to both the old and the new. One has to give way for the other.

Praise God, thank you for this message 🌸💕sometimes I’ve struggled with forgiving myself for allowing people to mistreat me because they feel like they can do it again over and over taking my kindness for weakness and that’s not right. The old saying , “people only do what we allow” is true. I have learned over time to forgive and not allow myself to be misused even if I have to disassociate myself with that individual. God bless!🌺

We cannot live life with a wounded spirit. It is God's will for us to be healed. Words hurts, and being lie to. Don't let past hurt to shape your personality. Hurt feelings rob you from your blessings. Don't stuck on the foundation of hurt. Dismiss the hurtful things people has done to you. I have one friend who has been helping me through my hurt, my bitterness and everything I have gone through this year from the major damage that my family, my husband, my 2 boys and I had done to us a year ago. Focus on who you are in Christ and how you are made to be filled by His spirit, not by your family. You, filled by His Spirit, will be able to see past the pain and judgement. He will renew you. The rest will heal or move on but you will become whole. A whole you is an eternal you. No bitterness or anger or resentment can reside where He is prioritized.

Yes you can heal ....I was so hurt by an ex who was my first he hit on my sister it traumatised me for a long time .I hated him and he sowed a seed of distrust among siblings ...but i forgive him .Now he is on the sex offenders register for molesting teenagers .I regret not having reported him for rape at 18 . He caused a lot of grief to too many women .

I've hold on to things for a long time. I've messed things up because of my hurt, bitterness, and me holding onto the past. I should've done better. I somewhat knew better. It's tough because I'm very hard on myself for the mistakes I've made recently; but... I know that even though I've made mistakes, if I hold onto those, I'm going to be right back where I was a year ago, and then I'm going to prolong my life with holding on to these recent mistakes. I feel stronger, more confident, and I talk to God a lot. I talk to myself nicer and I'm taking it day by day. Thank God for videos like this and thank God that there is Hope.

I've been bullied everyday in highschool when i was a teenager. And now i am 45 years old an have depression and anxiety on pills for it. And i have PTSD because of that and sometimes i have nightmares about being back in highschool being bullied.

The day that you realize the high-school bullies were spiritually mega insecure to the extent that they have to bully someone to feel better about themselves, then you should actually feel sorry for them, and a lot better about yourself. The sad truth is that most bullies and abusers have themselves been abused. May The Lord help you to forgive and forget. As Jesus said “Forgive them Father for they know not what they do” Sad part is that spiritually blind people have no clue how their actions hurt others. It is only when we are spiritually reborn that we understand.

I pray for forgiveness, reconciliation and restoration. I pray for people who remind people of their past sins and people who hide their own sins, and who think they're better than everyone else. I even pray for people who get into the habit of holding people's sins against them and not forgiving them. I pray that you will forgive them for they know not what they do. I even pray for people who also get into the habit of judging and misjudging others. But I pray that when I judge someone I judge the devil and hold the devil accountable because you have given us all authority to judge the devil and tell the devil where it stands. I'm currently working on healing and letting go of my past pain & hurt and held onto for years.. My dad recently passed but it's been 10 years since we have spoken since my mom passed... I have so many questions but I know I will never have them answered.. So I know I have to let go to find peace... This video helps and says everything that I'm feeling 😥

Refusing to forgive is like taking poison and waiting for the other person to die. Forgiveness is for us, not for them.

You must use your pain as fuel for today to push you towards tomorrow. The suffering was a necessary instrument in your life in order to obtain your dream. But the blessing is there for those who knock.

I absolutely ruined my life. Lost my job, my wife, my home and my freedom for a short period of time. I let down so many people and while I have done my best to move on there are still thoughts every single day that I don't deserve to be forgiven for all the people I let down. To whoever runs this channel and posts these videos I just want to say thank you for helping me get through the days. Many days I wish I wasn't still here, but I am for my daughter and have to do my best to be the best dad that I can.
