The literal only way you can beat Radahn at level one with a club is with a "no-hit" clear. The guy has moves that do over 1000 functional damage as part of his basic combo.

The moment I saw a naked with nothing but a shield and a club parry every single one of Malenia's attacks and taking no damage was the moment I realized that there truly are some people out there cut from a different cloth

Elden Ring specifically has mechanics that punish traditionally playstyles in most RPG games. Rolling/running away on MOST bosses will punish you. This game is all about breaking traditional habits and adopting new playstyles, and mechanics.

@@Daugbone weapon arts are the special skills on your weapons that consume FP when used. In elden ring these are also known as ashes of war. You can also apply ashes you find in the game to certain weapons to give them that skill. Asmon doesn't use the skill on his halberd, he sticks with light or heavy attack

I know this is old but the reason for that is also because he would compare his +7 rare weapon with another weapons base level, now how they scale. So he thinks every single weapon he encounters is terrible cause it doesn't match an almost max level one.

@@ChichiNaka like all of them? i rarely lost any runes in this playthrough, i feel extremely overleveled. for the last 10-20 hours of the game, I just jump + R2 and nearly every single enemy folded in one or two hits. i have felt this in almost all my playthroughs of Souls games. if you are not some player that just runs in and loses their souls all the time, you always seem a lot more overleveled than intended

@@YourPhysicsSimulator explore lower level zones, find upgrades, level up. Try a different build if your far enough in the game to respect.

@@RunehearthCL I beat Alecto the black knife ringleader first try with +9 version. I’d say she’s pretty mobile, but it only took like four hits since I’m over leveled.

Omg 60 fps its a bad game... Thats the reviews most People and that sucks. Playing on PC with frame drops to 40fps and i have no Problems with this.

You don't need over 60 fps for non pvp related games.

@@paloadin a very large majority have said that the game has major performance issues. Just because you don't experience them as much doesnt mean they arnt happening.

but like.... he obviously cheats. like he's clearly using dmg negation/dmg done multipliers. that weapon does not do that much damage. he gets hit a dozen times and somehow lives. come on dude.

@@KKraemerPhoto He's not cheating lmao, the weapon is just busted. It had wonky ass scaling that just recently got nerfed. You can get hit a lot if you have high vitality and strength DIRECTLY increases your overall defense and since this baboon of a man has like 80+ Strength, he has stupid high defense.

Game still has huge problems, especially on PC and X1 - check Digital Foundry on KZfaq for a full technical breakdown if you're curious, but TLDR, the game has huge problems with inconsistent frame pacing and cache management and they're not likely to get much better, it's a deep problem in the rendering software FromSoft uses in their engine (Simplygon, if you're curious). The engine FromSoft uses allows them to display enormous environments with good LOD management at distance and high detail, but it comes with a huge catch - the game has V-Sync, but it actually locks to the screens horizontal axis, not vertical axis. Combined with V-Sync and whenever the framerate tanks you get massive frame drops over the 200ms line, and it looks like the game is moving in slow motion then speeding up to catch up - in a word, judder. It feels pretty horrible. Not to say the game's bad, it's fucking incredible and I'm loving every second of it, but I'm lucky enough to be playing on PS4 (higher consistency in exchange for worse graphics and 30fps capped)
