11:27 I've noticed only POTGs saved with Overwatch 2's highlight saving feature have this bug and it very much looks like the keyframe interpolation interval is completely messed up when saving highlights. (If you look closely, it almost looks far too sped up rather than being completely switched off as it near instantly snaps to the new keyframe pose instead of smoothly interpolating over the intended time interval) This wasn't a thing in OW1 and in early OW2 which tells me it just straight up got broken in 2 at some point. With that said, since about Season 3 I haven't been able to actually check it as the highlight saving system completely broke for Wine/Steam Proton players around then, always errors out or produces blank files now. (I know, very small minority of players, I'm also aware of what might be causing that specific breakage)
