McCree and Ashe's relationship goes back to when they founded the Deadlock Gang. She felt betrayed by McCree when he chose to join Overwatch when given the option instead of going to prison.

That omnic at the end, Echo, is one of the upcoming heroes. Interestingly, she looks like one of the unknown figures in Overwatch's original banner art.

Turns out they weren't together in THAT sense, but they did work together as founding members of the deadlock gang. As for the robot, her name is Echo and she's hero no 30 (Ashe is no 29)

That’s Echo a new hero that will come to game when they feel it is ready for the public...also shes based off of a concept art for Athena the game announcer in OW but they changed her to Echo instead

@@TheAstrolabe If you go to Blamethecontroller and look at his newest video at 1:17 you can see a character named Iris from the early stages of Overwatch im pretty sure Echo is based on her because they look almost exactly the same

McCree really is a shout out to Clint Eastwood's "Man with No Name" character..while his Gambler outfit as a shout out to the movie Tombstone where Val Kilmer played Doc Holiday..in fact the voice quote he has of "I'm your Huckleberry" is from that movie and said by Doc Holiday...if you like westerns you should check out Tombstone, it's very good.

McCree and Ashe were a part of the deadlock gang together before McCree left to join Blackwatch, Michael Chu (lead director) has stated that they have never gone out together in the past nor will they ever, they have a brother sister type of relationship. The bike McCree rode at the end was actually Ashe’s bike he straight up stole, you can look up reunion secret ending to watch it

@@LordLOC Yes, you're correct. In the animated short "Alive", while Mundatta (don't know how to spell his name) was giving his speech about peace between humans and omnics, there was at least one human/omnic couple in the crowd.

I get why McCree was waiting to draw his gun. It’s a reference to his ultimate. “It’s high noon” means it’s 12 o’clock

He was a member of the Deadlock Gang before he joined Overwatch. They definitely have a history. The robot at the end is named Echo I think and she's not in the game yet, but will almost definitely be at some point. You guys should play it. They added quite a few heroes. Including a hamster in a wrecking ball mech.

Mccree was a member of the Deadlock Gang when he was younger, of which Ashe was the leader. He was arrested by Blackwatch and joined Blackwatch rather than go to prison. That robot is codenamed Echo if I am not mistaken.

That robot is Echo, an old member of Overwatch together with McCree. She is not in-game yet. The new character is Ashe but the people of Overwatch already announced that after Ashe there are gonna be 6 more heroes. Echo is gonna be among them
