Hi guys, used to do quite a few cast rads in the "old days" Its always a good idea to give the nipples another tighten once you stand the radiator up .

Brilliantly content as usual Pete , I remember putting cast iron sectional boilers together with my dad the same way as the rads . Unfortunately he passed away a couple of years ago but this video bought back some good memories 🙏 cheers Pete , keep the vids coming 👍👍👍

Hi Pete, great video, I’ve fitted quite a few cast radiators like these, only had the assembly kit once for fitting them, the customers didn’t bother hiring all the kit because it quite expensive apparently, I always used ptfe and jet paste, never had any leaks……touch wood,

Those cast radiators are mint - my mrs would love the bee details too! Glad we have UFH or if she saw those she'd be getting Ideas, which inevitably cost me a small (or not so small) fortune, like the absurdly expensive tiles she wants in the new shower.

Great job as per usual Pete 👌🏻 did notice use didn’t use the depth stop on the long pole going through the rads didn’t cast rads supply it? Makes it so much easier.
