Those Honeywell valves are bad now, you can tell the bad batches as the labels are stuck on crooked on the head and the yellow earth warning tags are not stuck on square. I changed 42 two ports on a block of flats HIU's and nine of them ended up buzzing loudly - the syncro everytime. Supplier sent out boxes of replacements and said known issue. Also had two other people I know fit them new and start making noise out the box. Probably not beating the poor kids that make them enough. Well done on your running aswell.

The fact you got the that drain off on the boiler to crack was a bonus. Took a 25 years old ideal classic off the other day, nothing was removing the drain plug. Heavy as, taking off the wall full of water!

P.B. Can you do one on balancing the radiators on my Heat Pump I opened them fully up to see if it makes any difference as the heat pump is a 17kW with a external pump so all the radiators are hot just costing a fortune, 125sqared meters 8 radiators all k2 and k3.I can understand your videos 10/10 haha you like that

That's pretty much the same as our hot water flow even downstairs with the tank in the loft. But frankly given we're 100% electric and the water is heated by immersion heaters, I'm OK with it otherwise we'd use loads and it'd cost a fortune!!

Could someone explain to me why an unvented cylinder has been installed in a (presumably) small bungalow with probably 2 bathrooms at most? And not a simply a combi installation? Surely the customers have not got such a hot water demand to be needing to keep 200/250ltrs of hot water up to temperature? Plus there’s the cost to include

Nothing wrong with them bud I’ve had them in the past👍🏼 not everyone arrives on site like they just crashed through the latest tool show 🤷🏼‍♂️ Some of the best old school tradesmen I know don’t believe in wasting money on fancy tools. They certainly don’t own laser’s they’re still using the good old sprit levels like they always have.

@@cliveramsbotty6077 All depends on how you price your work and what you agree with clients. Last similar job I had done, my plumber left all copper he had to cut out and the tank for me to weigh in. I then removed anything else. I think removing extra by plumber is a bit of theft
