Auntie Ah Choon is a self taught chef who for about 20+ years ran a successful Economy Rice Restaurant, Restoran Jia Ling in Skudai, Johor. With no real formal training in the culinary arts, everything she knows about cooking comes from a life time of pure experience, observation and self improvement. She has spent time a great portion of her life cooking in both Singapore and Johor Bahru, Malaysia. May i suggest the steps for marinating the ribs be recorded the day before when it was being carried out, so u can edit it in to the day its being cooked, so u do not have to pick out 2 pieces of meat to demo. Not only its troublesome, we cant grasp the actual quantity of seasonings to marinate the whole 1.2kg too. This pre recording is for any situation where u need a day to prep

Wheat Flour and Tapioca Flour. Use 1:1 ratio

Essence of orange but only available at grocer shops.Teochews use it often in cooking.
