Cheers bro I had 3 so called bush mechanics that couldn’t crack this problem for years and had written so many emails just to have the same reply that it maybe gas or spark (dumbasses) now after fixing this problem the grandson is riding happily and now my older kids are wanting to ride it with the fond memories of what was, good job mate keep it up. I drive around on 02 lta with my 3 yr old son who can only use the thumb throttle. We have only removed the restrictor on the exhaust head, the washer. When I do the piston I will do what you did.

I put a cheap top end rebuild and I was only getting 35 PSI on it know I wonder if I need to pull the flywheel off to check the seal

can this carb be used in a 83 84 trailbuddy 50 cc?

Where did you get the parts? Do you have part numbers for everything?

What was the compression with crank seal off and on?.. I might have same issue.. I got 40 psi before and after full top end build..

What’s the fuel mix ratio ?
