Hello I’m a new subscriber! This video was popped up as I was scrolling and searching some tips from the call center agents in order to get some ideas of how was their experiences and able to passed their training. I really want to apply in a BPO but the fact that I’m having an anxiety in the interviews, and I am so much worried about constructing sentences when answering phone calls and also not that good in a computer system. I’m afraid that I can’t able to handle phone calls properly as I knew you often speak with a foreign clients. I don’t know what should I do but I really want to pursue applying in BPO.Thank you for sharing this video.”
