Mojang project lead: We need an image. Nothing fancy, just an icon for a default resource pack. Go ahead and load up a random world, find a nice-looking view, and take a screenshot. Minecraft community: Right, so if we're gonna find this thing, we need to design new seed-cracking algorithms and hook up 3,500 GPUs, but it'll be worth it to find this default image that Mojang probably took 30 seconds to make. They are probably seriously worried about the mental health of their community, and I love it.
