Just as impressive as her insights is the smooth and poetic way she delivers them, without any hesitations or stumbles. I wonder, has she memorized this entire speech, or is she just so passionate about what she is saying that it comes as naturally as breathing? Kudos either way.

I hear you. I have a 2 years old son. It takes so much from me to accept and welcome his pain. And I still wonder if I am doing it right, and all the time. If I were your mum, I would love you to sit me down and talk to me. Help your mum to help you.

My mum did exactly the same with me. I had to learn how to feel and accept my emotions which I started to do in my 30s. I have tried not to do the same with my own children.I am now a relationship counselor and the vast majority of people don't know how to feel their emotions. Above all we struggle with sitting in our pain. When we learn how to do that we are free.

This is why the movie my son is making about his father's life- a life filled with early abuse, witnessed atrocities, adult madness leading to a near-death experience in my early twenties as well as loss of friends to drugs, murder, the greater pain of losing a soul mate, cancer and emphysema, prison for a crime I did not commit, a train wreck, hold ups and physical attacks is going to be a COMEDY with the opening scene me receiving a lashing across my back that segues into scenes of my little niece and nephew dancing with hysterical joy. The agony IS the ecstasy, ultimately.

The purpose of pain is to teach you the most important lessons and if you ignore the pain then you won't learn the lesson and those who don't learn from the past are doomed to repeat it.

Brilliant because she connects pain and a paradigm shift to happiness. I had the triple play of abuse stop the insanity of the pain. How many frogs do you have to kiss before you can see the light. The western Dali Lama.....no really some people should never be parents.

This is true, but only in this crappy reality that we were insane enough to chose to participate in. At least it motivates us to get the hell out. Yes, use pain as your escape. It gives not only the motivation but also the means.

Coming from a brown family, parents have a misconception that depression can never happen to anyone and that mindset is what we have got to change cause once they come in terms with depression and that it can happen to anyone, at any stage of life (obviously not only because of break ups!), there is some hope that kids won't end up taking their own lives.

So would you say parents love for their children is conditioned love rather than unconditional love because we expect our children to behave in certain way? The expectations of society norms puts pressure on parents to ensure our children behave in certain ways.

The pain unvails the truth, where the pain is there is something that needs attention and care. So if we feel pain which most people do, then there is something wrong with this way of living. Its obvious that human value has dropped and the capital is again the first priority. This is what we fixed and got heald from in Europe hundred years ago, we stopped the pain but only in the countries we had the power to control. We couldnt fix America so that ship is sinking, Asia is aware and now even began to heal, they havent been allowed to start the healing until now just like in south america thay are not allowed to do the right thing. This psykotic power is now back in Europe, it has no other place to go any more. The middle east have had their share of the pain this power inflicts on humanity. And still its there they do most of the damage because noone cares about counties in the middle east. So what about not letting any country bully anyone again, not in any part of the earth should capital come before health and wellbeeing. We can no longer only save ourselfs, its a global thing now and its time to start acting like one planet, one human rase and fight for everyones right to their own leadership. It doesnt matter what opinion we have about other peoples way to rule, it has to be the people themselfs that makes the change not us on the other side of the planet dictating whats right or wrong. Just stop trying to save only yourself if the body dies then we all die. If we dont care about one hands pain cuz we´re living on the opposite side, on the other hand. Then the infection will start to spread and the illness will start a fever that weakens the hole body including the selfish hands people. if its just a scratch then it may not, it will heal by itself. But now its not scratches its bleeding. Its deep wounds and we feel that pain all of us in the soul we all use to run our bodys. I can not be that hard. It must be eazy to make progress towards whats good, if not then something really bad is working against our healing and that thing has to stop immediately. Put desinfection on it and just kill it. We cant like put a small bandage and think it would heal its not gonna work. The hole capital-fist system is wrong because capital is not living beeings. Its not even real. What is real is you and me and our planet and the real resourses is what our planet can provide for us. We can not make anything without the real resources. We need to stop this stupid game, immaginary credit that doesnt exist. Debt doesnt exist either. Its like we forgot that its all just a game, that the money is just a fake thing we made up for the sake of the game. But now just stop playing this stupid game you are crushing life with this non existing thing we cant even see anymore. Its just numbers. Digital numbers is destroying us cause we didnt hold fast to the truth and not the truth is swollowing us. COME ON PEOPLE BE SINSEAR FOR ONES or we just wont find what is hurting us. The big wound, find it. The fever is just a symptom, the rash, the chaos in the world is a symptom. What is needed to be done to stop the attack and start to heal?
