One important point in this pension notification is that . If this letter is silent about anything given in d past ,then it will cont .as previous notification.it means any thing earlier counted for pension, will cont to b so as earlier.

ਸਰ ਜੇ ਕੋਈ ਸਰਕਾਰੀ ਮੁਲਾਜ਼ਮ ਇਕਲੋਤਾ ਭਰਾ ਹੀ ਹੋਵੇ। ਉਸ ਦੀ ਕੋਈ ਭੈਣ ਵੀ ਨਾ ਹੋਵੇ। ਉਸ ਦੀ ਮੌਤ ਹੋ ਜਾਵੇ ਸਰਵਿਸ ਵਿੱਚ ਉਸਦੀ ਪਤਨੀ ਦੀ ਪਹਿਲਾਂ ਹੀ ਮੌਤ ਹੋ ਚੁੱਕੀ ਹੋਵੇ ਮੁਲਾਜ਼ਮ ਦੇ ਬੇਟੇ ਹੀ ਹੋਣ ਉਹਨਾਂ ਦੀ ਉਮਰ 28 ਸਾਲ 29 ਸਾਲ ਹੋਵੇ। ਮੁਲਾਜਮ ਦੇ ਮਾਤਾ ਪਿਤਾ ਜਿਉਂਦੇ ਹੋਣ ਜੋ ਕਿ ਉਸ ਉਪਰ ਹੀ ਨਿਰਭਰ ਹੋਣ ਕਿ ਮਾਤਾ ਪਿਤਾ ਵਿਚੋ ਇਕ ਨੂੰ ਫੈਮਲੀ ਪੈਨਸ਼ਨ ਲੱਗ ਸਕਦੀ ਹੈ।

I was working as S. D. O. My date of birth was 18.10.1956.Myage of superannuation was 31.10.2014 on attaining 58 years. But I retired on 31.10.2016 on attaining age of superannuation. But calculations will be far me. I attain age of 65 years on 31.10 .2021

ਕੀ 1/1/2016 ਤੋਂ ਪਹਿਲਾਂ ਅਤੈ 1/1/2016 ਬਾਅਦ ਦੇ ਰਿਟਾਇਰੀਆਂ ਦੇ ਰਿਵਾਈਜਡ ਕੇਸ AG Punjab ਨੂੰ ਭੇਜਣੇ ਪੈਣਗੇ ਜਾ ਨਹੀ। ਇਸ ਬਾਰੇ ਵੀ ਵਿਸਥਾਰ ਨਾਲ ਦਾੱਸੋ ਜੀ ।

ਕਿਰਪਾ ਕਰਕੇ ਇਹ ਦੱਸੋ ਕਿ ਅਗਰ ਕਿਸੇ ਕਰਮਚਾਰੀ ਦੀ ਪਤਨੀ ਦੀ ਮੌਤ ਉਸਦੇ ਰਿਟਾਇਰਮੈਂਟ ਤੋਂ ਪਹਿਲਾ ਹੋ ਜਾਂਦੀ ਹੈ ਤਾਂ ਕਰਮਚਾਰੀ ਰਿਟਾਇਰਮੈਂਟ ਤੋਂ ਬਾਅਦ ਦੁਬਾਰਾ ਸ਼ਾਦੀ ਕਰ ਲੈਂਦਾ ਹੈ ਤਾਂ ਕਿ ਉਸਦੀ ਦੂਸਰੀ ਪਤਨੀ ਫੈਮਿਲੀ ਪੈਨਸ਼ਨ ਦੀ ਹੱਕਦਾਰ ਹੋਵੇਗੀ ਜਾਂ ਨਹੀਂ

Sir ਮੈਂ ਜੁਲਾਈ 2005 ਤੌਂ ਫੈਮਿਲੀ ਪੈਨਸ਼ਨ ਲੈ ਰਹੀ ਹਾਂ ਇਸ ਨੂੰ ਲਾਗੂ ਕਰਵਾਉਣ ਦਾ ਤਰੀਕਾ ਦੱਸੋ । ਆਪ ਜੀ ਦਾ ਬਹੁਤ-ਬਹੁਤ ਧੰਨਵਾਦ ।
