ਮਨਪ੍ਰੀਤ ਸਿੰਘ ਜੀ ਤੁਸੀਂ ਬਹੁਤ ਵਧੀਆ ਜਾਣਕਾਰੀ ਪੈਨਸ਼ਨਰਜ਼ ਅਤੇ ਮੁਲਾਜ਼ਮਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਦੇ ਰਹੇ ਹੋ ਤੁਹਾਡਾ ਬਹੁਤ ਬਹੁਤ ਧੰਨਵਾਦ। ਮੇਰੀ ਇਕ ਸ਼ੰਕਾ ਦੂਰ ਕਰਿਉ ਜੀ ,ਜਿਵੇਂ ਤੁਸੀਂ 8280 ਨੂੰ ਆਧਾਰ ਮੰਨ ਕੇ ਕੁਲ 20281 ਪੈਨਸ਼ਨ ਬਣਾਈ ਹੈ ਕੀ ਇਹ 20281 ਹੀ ਮਿਲੇਗੀ ਜਾਂ ਇਸ ਨੂੰ ਰਾਊਂਡ ਕਰਕੇ 20280ਜਾਂ 20300 ਕੀਤਾ ਜਾਵੇਗਾ ।ਇਸੇ ਤਰਾਂ ਜੇ ਕਿਸੇ ਦੀ ਪੈਨਸ਼ਨ 20249 ਰੁਪਏ ਬਣਦੀ ਹੋਵਗੀ ਉਸ ਨੂੰ 20200 ਵਿਚ ਫਿਟ ਕੀਤਾ ਜਾਵੇਗਾ ਜੀ ।ਇਹ ਸ਼ੰਕਾ ਦੂਰ ਕਰਨ ਲਈ ਖੇਚਲ ਕਰਨਾ ਜੀ ਧੰਨਵਾਦ।

Your clarification seems to be incomplete as you have counted table of basic grade pay as it should be counted after grade pay of ACP as cleared in illustrations of notification

Sir ik employee 4200 GP vich retired hoye jo ki actually 3600 GP si 2006.vich. basic 9280 set hoi. hun jekar 3600 GP vich dekhiye tan 38100 Notional hai. is tareh enha vadha sambhav nai lagda. so please clear the first method

Manpreet ji we are on extension on 01.01.2016 our superannuation date was before 01.01.16 who will fix our pension. The bank doesn't fix our pension and not paid us the arrears from 01.07.21 to 31.12.21.

ਸਰ,ਸਤਿ ਸ੍ਰੀ ਅਕਾਲ ਜੀ, ਮੈਂ ਸਤਪਾਲ ਸਿੰਘ, ਪਿੰਡ ਬੱਲੋਵਾਲ ਲੁਧਿਆਣਾ ਵੀਰਜੀ,ਮੈਂ ਸਰਕਾਰੀ ਕਾਲਜ ਲੜਕੀਆਂ, ਲੁਧਿਆਣਾ ਤੋਂ 30-11-22 ਨੂੰ ਸੈਵਾ ਮੁਕਤ ਹੋ ਗਿਆ ਹਾਂ।ਕਾਲਜ ਦਫਤਰ ਨੇ ਮੇਰੀ 14 ਏ ਸੀ ਪੀ ਪੈਂਨਸਨ ਕੇਸ ਵਿਚੌ ਕੱਟ ਦਿੱਤੀ ਹੈ।ਇਹ ਮੈਨੂੰ 1-9-2017 ਮਿਲੀ ਸੀ।ਮੈਂ 30-9-2003 ਚ ਰੈਗੂਲਰ ਹੋਇਆ ਸੀ।ਮੇਰੀ ਨਵੰਬਰ2021 ਦੀ ਬੇਸਿਕ ਪੇ 3240ਫਿਕਸ ਹੋਈ ਸੀ।ਹੁਣ ਪੈਨਸ਼ਨ ਲਈ 30600 ਫਿਕਸ ਕਰੀ ਹੈ

P K Singla Barnala. I retired on 30.11.2001in the pay scale of 7220-11320 the corresponding pay band/grade pay as per 5th Pay commission is 10300-34800with grade pay 4800.My total service is 33year and I have earned 15 increments in the pay scale in which I retired. Please clarify how my pension will be fixed as per para 5.1(a)of the Notification on notional basis

Please clerify I retired under4th pay commission and had earned 2increments in pay scale14300-18000ie was drawing 15100at the date of retirement. Shall I be entitled to get2steps ahead to my minimum pension fixed as per pay matrix under 6th pay commission

Rule 5.1is very confusing .matrix level to be considered is corresponding to the Grade pay of post not of the employee drawn at the retirement.Drawn is after 4,9,14 years ACP's.
