I bought a small kit of gouache paints at Hobby Lobby for $8.99 for 12 colors, but it is enough to see if I will like it before purchasing a more expensive kit from Amazon. To give anyone interested an easy way to test out an inexpensive way to try them before spending much money. Edited ... I enjoy seeing You ladies of the Bible Journaling Team on KZfaq outside the monthly family meeting. I'm slowly getting more and more art supplies, I bought a set of alcohol markers as well, I still haven't purchased the ink pads and stamps as it seems you need so much more to work with them, but I will at some point in the future.

Awesome ! I am thinking I need to get some gouche😃 I have never tried this medium in all my years of Bible Journaling! What palette is that you are using, Shalon? And why did you choose choose that one?😊

The gouache palette I used is in the description with the link. I chose that one because if the reviews and affordability.
