Sir , I have pain "Achilles enthesitis" type as drafted in pic by you in video. Visited to doctor and dr. Said that it is due to flat foot. Written some medicine and Adviced me to make inner sole "medial arch support" type. Then I want to make it but it is too costly approx 9000. Please suggest . This pain is in both foot,, higher in RH , lesser in LH . Please suggest better treatment.
