As Sadhguru said : when we say something is good and something is bad, we are differentiating things. An aghori doesn't differentiate (bhed-bhav). So they do things which we find horrible and horrific. For them everything is same, treating everything as the same. No emotions, no bias, no prejudice.

Imam I think you didn't understand correctly, going to temple is for people like us as it is build for specific purposes. Sadhguru doesn't need to go because he has attained much higher level of perception and spirituality as he himself said that Temples are like public charging for EV and he is like self charging station. To get to that level there is a process and if you don't wish to go down that path than Temple is always there. Meditating at home will only facilitate to sense and gather energy.

Both of you think deep, and well. It's this self-enquiry, thinking, introspecting that opens up nature's secrets slowly. Don't blindly accept what others say. Iman is spiritual without her knowing it, perhaps. 🙏. Moazzam is slowly getting there 😃🙏.

Little information on Aghoris: It is just another spiritual path. Perpose of all spiritual paths including aghora is moksha- ultimate liberation. Basic philosophy of aghora is to see everything as same. They do it in extreme way ie. even life and death is same for them. They don't see corpse as dead. They just look at as piece of earth. What sadguru says many times the agoris actually live like that. We have emotions for the dead person. Aghoris don't have that distinction even. They do energy work on dead bodies, which is very extreme and controversial. A normal person cannot stand it. It is better to leave them alone, we do not understand what goes on in their path. A teacher like sadguru has better understanding maybe. Normal people should simply bow down if they come across a aghori and move on.

I am from Varanasi and as per my knowledge i never seen that Aghori eat dead body it's just rumers. The Aghori means fearless or who doesn't follow the set of rules created by society because they lives in their own way. yes! They engage in post-mortem rituals. They often dwell in charnel grounds, smear cremation ashes on their bodies, and use bones from human corpses for crafting kapalas (skull cups which Shiva and other Hindu deities are often iconically depicted holding or using) and jewellery.

We say everything is created by god, if we believe it than why we fear from darkness, from filth, from dead. I have very limited knowledge on aghor but what I understand they try to accept things which are not otherwise acceptable, they try to accept god not only in marvelous monuments and in everything that is alive but also in garbage, in filth, in dead, in excrete, basically if god created all than it should be there in love song and in detestable cry also. God must be there in all my pains and pleasures as well. God must be present in the beauty of a woman and in the wounds of a man too. God must not only be in prosperity but in misery as well. Not only in fulfillment but in hunger as well. Our bodies do not accept naturally but with practice and teaching it learns to read and write. Similarly this is teaching for body and mind to accept creation and its source as one in all good and bad we see. Everything we see. They actually see one god only. Its we who divide. For them both boon and curse is same. Given by same. One more thing, its not a ritual but way to explore by some. And its something you will have to work hard for to see. They live only in Kashi and nearby remote places.
