For the festival's 50th anniversary, PAM dropped in on the staff and pan-African acts of Le Festival de la Cité of Lausanne to get a sense of the longstanding event's essence. Between the Dijbouti funk of Groupe RTD, the Frafra Gospel of Alo Ogté and his Sounds of Joy, Haitian voodoo in Chouk Bwa or the afro-club sounds from on all female lineup including KRA-BA, the open access festival had a lot to take in.
Take a look into the festival through the PAM lens and enjoy the sounds along the way.
