Just a word of advice, it’s best not to train your ‘booty’ everyday (which I was doing) as it doesn’t give it time for the muscle to heal (and build) .....just incase anyway didn’t realise this (maybe I’m just stupid) 😂 working your butt 3 times a week is more effective than doing it every day

Sitting abductor sitting pulses fire hydrant right fire hydrant pulses right fire hydrant left fire hydrant pulses left squat hold + abductor pee in the tree right pee in the tree left glute bridge hold + abductor bridge wide pulses bridge wide hold 3x pulses 1x normal half bridge close hold + go higher 5x pulses 5x normal left 5x pulses 5x normal right abductor lean forward abductor pulses push it out well done ✨

I've always done this workout with just a band ...and i decided today to do it with ankle weights and let me tell you it burned 10x more😅 to anyone who sees this should try it as well Good Luck 🤞😸
