असली पंजाबी सरसों दा साग ते मक्की दी रोटी | Sarson Ka Saag | Makki ki Roti | Saag Recipe | Chef Ashok
ingredients:-
2 bunch sarson
2 bunch bathu
1 soya saag
1 bunch spinach
1 bunch methi
4 onions
6-7 green chilli
20 garlic cloves
2 no ginger
3 red chilli whole
1 pinch asafoetida
2 tsp coriander seeds
2 spoon oil
3 tsp desi ghee
2 tsp salt
Makki ki Roti Ingredients:-
1 cup water
2 cup makki flour
1/4 tsp salt
