OMFG!!!! Just had swordfish steak for the first time and used your recipe. HOLY CRAP ITS SO GOOD. I got a pretty nice sized sword steak but man next time I go to the fish market I'm going to get more. Such an amazing fish, I think my new favorite. So tender but raw and succulent especially with some fresh lemon on top, to die for.
