•1/3 oyster sauce
•1 tbsp ground pepper
•1 tbsp chicken powder
•1 bulb of garlic
•1 onion
•4 stalks of celery
•2 big carrots
•1 pack snap pea
•1 pack of Chinese chorizo
•1 pack kikiam (fish cake)
•1 pack fishballs
•canned quail eggs
FRIED CHICKEN INGREDIENTS
•5 chicken leg quarters
•1/3-1/2 cup of fish sauce
•1 juice of lemon
•1 tbsp chicken powder
•1 tbsp ground pepper
•2 tsp garlic powder
