My mom got the whipple last week and then had to get a blood transfusion. Pray for her!

My mother-in-law had the Whipple procedure & chemotherapy, this gave her an additional 18 months of life. For a procedure developed in 1935 by Dr Allan Whipple, you would think better & synergistic treatments would of been invented by now? This is one of the worse cancers to treat & has very poor outcomes in general.
