Prep time - 20mins
Cooking time - 15mins
(Serves - 2)
-✦- 𝙄𝙣𝙜𝙧𝙚𝙙𝙞𝙚𝙣𝙩𝙨 -✦-
Paneer cubes - 400 gms
Salt - a generous pinch
Kashmiri Chilli Powder - 2tbsp
Turmeric - ½ tsp
Garam masala - ½ tsp
Coriander powder - 1½ tbsp
Cumin powder - 2tsp
Curry leaves (chopped) - a handful
Coriander (chopped) - handful
Ginger garlic paste - 1 tbsp
Corn starch - ¼ cup
Rice flour - ¼ cup
Lemon juice - 3tbsp
Curd (whisked) - ¼ cup
Water - as required
Oil - for frying
FOR TOSSING -
Oil - 2tbsp
Cumin - 1tsp
Garlic chopped - 2tsp
Ginger chopped - 2tsp
Dry red chilli - 4nos
Curry leaves - a handful
Salt - to taste
Coriander (chopped) - handful
Lemon wedges - a handful

Yes this is originate from a very old restaurant of Chennai and this is the serial number 65 in their menu

Sir please tell the ingredients name in english but on screen have a hindi translation because my mom does not know most of the english ingredients name but she will catch up the screen hindi translation of the ingredients told by you...like "rice flour ka hindi you can display it on the screen" kindly consider my request🙏🙏

I have a request, I'm sure you will be receiving so many requests but pls do consider this- would love to see Paneer Burji masala (gravy) I remember eating in one of the Indian restaurants in east cost of US, it was amazing where the paneer was grated & added to the gravy it was super delicious. So please if you can do this & share the recipe it will be very helpful.
