You eat exactly like I do. Even down to the same ingredients and cooling wire rack. Doesn’t get much better than that. This is the way I learned.

I love using panko over regular bread crumbs, it's just so much more crispy and gives more texture! As far as the comments regarding whether or not what you cook is "healthy" or not, we all put out recipes that are close to our hearts. If people are looking for only healthy recipes, there are channels dedicated to that. We all need to support each other and remember the addage of "if you don't have something nice to say, don't say it at all." Keep on sharing your passion!

Hi Mrs. Kringle's. I watch a lot of cooking videos and I like to see how people cook their food their way. I don't expect everyone to like what I make or how I prepare my food. These look delicious! My friend made the best pork chops ever and she used the same recipe. I never watched her cooking them so I didn't know how to do the crust but it looks simple enough. Making me hungry watching you cook them. I'm going to have to try this recipe very soon. Thank you for sharing.

My search for the perfect pork chop recipe is finally over. This made the best , most tender & flavorful pork chops that I've ever had and that's saying a lot!! These were better than any restaurant chops!! I've never had a pork chop that I could cut with a fork!! I made 4 boneless chops (almost 1" thick) that i tenderized w/ one of those spring loaded meat tenderizers. I used a jar of chicken gravy w/ water. Baked in a 2 quart pot w/ a lid since I did not have a small roaster. I just wish there was a recipe provided as I have NO IDEA how to work Pinterest!! PLEASE PLEASE provide recipe😘

Yum! If there is anything I miss it is a good juicy pork chop! There is nothing like it. I will try this with a turkey chop. Panko gives food such a long lasting crunch that is just delicious! Tfs!!! 💕💕💕💕💕

Hi Davonte. We enjoy these pork chops. Very crispy on the outside and tender on the inside. Just make sure your oil is hot and don't lift the pork chop until you see it starting to brown around the edges. I used medium heat. Hope you try this recipe and like it. Tfw and sending Cali love. :)

Well, I guess I wish you would've done oven fried pork chops, but I think these are great. I'm a Muslim and I don't eat pork and my father does and I think I am going to do it exactly the way you did it and I think he will love it. Honestly, if I ate four, I would do it that way. Also, I am totally blind and I really appreciate how you describe everything. Including the measurements. It's wonderful

Hi ikeman. If I can make this, anyone can. Just a tip. Make sure your oil is hot. Not burning, just hot before you put your chops into the oil. Also, don't turn the chop over while cooking. Just lift the corner to check for doneness. It should be golden brown and crunchy looking. It helps if you use a non stick pan. I'm sure you'll do fine! Tfw. :)

Hi there. I never claim to cook healthy or better than anyone else. I just cook how I like to cook for my family. People are quick to judge others on how they cook or what they eat. I used medium high. If your oil starts to smoke, than it's too hot. You want the oil hot enough so the pork chop can fry the coating crispy brown. Hope this helps. Tfw. :)

Hi Anton. I don't know if these would come out in the oven. These are like shake and bake. But if I were you, go ahead and try just one in the oven to see. The baking time will be different than frying them in a pan. Just make sure they cook inside and brown on both sides. Good luck and thanks for watching! Sending Cali love. :)

I use an inexpensive gallon storage bag to bread or flour chicken, chops and cube steaks. After dipping in the egg wash I put the meat in the bag, zip it shut leaving the air in it, shake and get a perfectly breaded or flour piece of meat. I use tongs to remove and place straight in the pan. Quick cleanup.
