Panna Cotta Recipe 📝

2. Whole milk ---- 240g

4. Gelatin gelatin ---- 3 grams
5. Vanilla extract ---- 2.5g

1. Prepare a basin of water, put some ice cubes, and soak the gelatin sheets in the ice water.
2. Put the milk, fresh cream, and sugar into the pot together, heat it over medium heat, and stir it with a heat-resistant spatula from time to time during the heating process, until the sugar is completely dissolved, and the temperature should not exceed 70°C.
3. Add vanilla extract and mix well.
4. Take out the soaked gelatine sheets from the ice water, wring them out with your hands to squeeze out the water, put the softened gelatine sheets into the pot, and stir until completely melted.
5. Sieve the cheese liquid to make the cheese taste more delicate.
6. Cool the cheese liquid through ice water, about 30°C~35°C, which can eliminate a lot of air bubbles.
7. Pour into a container, each cup weighs about 80g, and refrigerate for at least 6 hours.
