So i got the Eternal Ember at the Blem Sale and I think right now it's the best per dollar Value Deck that you can get.

Thanks for the video and commentary. I've been curious about this deck (and the others), since there are no photos of them (just a static photo of the pranayama) - and no information on any of the decks (that I could find). Aside 1: I wish there were demoes of the Pantheon Pranayama and Trip near me. I've read a lot on them, but imagine that riding them is the only way to know which would be right for me... and then you throw the Supersonic into the mix. Aside 2: Unless I've missed something, I wish Pantheon would Pantheon would add both a photo illustrating measurements (not unlike Loaded does) and cite them in the description - along with better (and more pragmatic) descriptions. It boggles my mind that they don't do this. Aside 3: I'm a bit surprised at how (comparatively) inexpensive the Loaded Zee Brackets seem ($58/pair). I get that you still need to add trucks, but compared to other options, including those directly from G/Bomb (who designed the Zee)... A bracket board intrigues me and I'd like to try one out.

Hey, glad you like the Video. To be honest, you cant go wrong with the Supersonic. It is very flexible in its setup and does so much right! The Trip and Pranayama are also no brainers, I don't think any of them will disappoint you! Yeah I see what you mean. I looked up specs for some decks, in the end you will find them but very scattered. That could be improved! Yeah the Zee brackets are awesome. Cut up a Deck and you will ahve a very fun board. The construction in very simple. only casting them. No CNC, no metal, no nothing. That lowers the price to that amount! Gbomb did really well on them! But they dont really provide a perfect double drop experience. The same Setup without brackets will feel a little better than the Zee Brackets! They are still great tho!

I was gonna buy the 'blem' Hierophant #1 with the slightly off-center concave but like you, I don't need another downhill deck, so I'm gonna pass for now BUT..my Boardnamics adjustable baseplates came in and I'm super happy about that. Also, I ordered Mango Speed Vents for wheels.

Ah, I ordered that exactly same board, you can see it in the beginning:D The Mango SpeedVents are awesome! How is the Baseplate, I thought of getting one but I am not Sure about compatibility

@@skate-further I bought two, so I could set my rear ar 0-15 degrees and set my front at 60, since I'm using Paris V3 150mms. They're VERY well made and like Randalls, they fit Paris, Caliber, Bear and Randall hangers and please set-up and review that Hierophant! It seems the one you bought was "Warp 1" as "W1" with the off-center concave that I was looking at, is still available and yea, a $400 deck for $100 is hard to pass up but I've got so many decks now, it's getting crazy. lol

Nice video. Does the Ember feel flexier/bouncier than the Prana? I couldn't tell if the deck is stiffer (for slightly heavier riders not wanting a super springy deck)... Also, do you know if you can put the Karma wheels on it?

Nope feels a little stiffer. Karma Wheel would most likely work. if not go for wider hangers!

@@skate-further thanks. Just to confirm you are saying the Ember is a little stiffer? And another newbie question...what trucks would you recommend if I wanted to go with the Karmas?

@@maxfischer9 at least the eternal Ember feels a little stiffer. I woulndn't start with karma wheels, Just start with any other 85mm wheel and you are going to be good

My Eternal Ember is flexyer than my Carbon Trip, if you are heavy, go with that one. Karma wheels fit on both, but I prefer the Mcfly 86mm for both as lightweight pushers/commuters. The Eternal Ember fits up to 95mm, maybe even 100mm with hard bushings; on the trip/pranayama I wouldn't go further than 92mm.
