I think it's not possible because you have only air in it so your turbo should have other baloon to make it work. But if baloon will be the same, pressure will not change so it will not change anything, and if it will have bigger, you could use this baloon as a source of air for engine so turbo is useless in it

I'm interested mainly in making functioning models from paper, so I'm not sure I'll be experimenting with such "alternative source of pressure" :), at least for now, but thanks for sharing ideas )

I would kill to see this but it sadly wouldn't work on the power of the engine. The exhaust air on these engines are far lower pressure than what's going in, so the supercharger wouldn't be able to increase the input pressure. Doing it electronically would defeat the whole purpose because the motor that would be able to power the supercharger would have enough power to run the car so it'd be pointless, and the engine wouldn't be able to generate enough power hooked to a generator to run a motor at any decent speed along with the vehicle. It would be fun to see what modifications could be applied to these engines though
