Rotary (Wankel) working paper engine model

Күн бұрынThe model is made of paper except of one transparent plastic cover. It could also be from paper, but it is possible to see insides now.
Even though that the model works in some way similar to turbine, it has all functional parts of prototype - rotor, fixed gear, crankshaft, absence of valves. So I believe it can roughly be called a model of a pistonless rotary engine.

I like how realistic this model is. It even took into account how much fuel it uses, that's easily the shortest time I've seen your paper engine run for.

Я сделал четыре больших пневматических поршневых двигателя, из которых завёлся только последний. Поэтому могу искренне выразить только восхищение по поводу терпения автора. У меня была идея с роторным двигателем, но реализация не последовала. Великолепная работа! Простой конструктив, и как я понимаю, хороший крутящий момент

A turbo model engine would be sweet (Doesn't need to be rotary) or even like a supercharged model. You should start making kits to sell people, this shit is awesome!

+zzzhuh A turbocharger will be hard to do and it will be useless, unless you connect it with the intake, but it may not work. But its very nice idea! ;) :D And it will be cool if Alex make kits or/and graphics to be printed. :)

Hello, thanks. Superglue was used to connect practically all parts, and PVA was used only for making paper sticks.

Yes, as mentioned in video description the only non-paper detail is transparent plastic cover, all other stuff is made of office paper

I didn't use Word for this, I've downloaded shape image from some website (don't remember exactly, but you can google such images easily) and scaled it in Open Office Draw. And I don't know if it is possible in Word.
