Her parents adored her younger brother but not her. And even when she told them she was going to live with her grandpa they didn't pay attention to it.
But this situation was radically changed when ...
Guess what could have changed to that strange family?
Did she forgive her parents and came back home?
Or maybe her grandpa didn't let her stay in his house?
Or maybe parents' lovely son decided to leave them too?
Watch this emotional cartoon animation to find out the end of this story!

Seriously, parents have to stop favoriting one child over the other! This is causing the kids to be unappreciated and invisible. It causes them to run away from him and cut them out of their lives. The moral of the story is that if they are not part of your struggle, then they are not part of your success.

I agree! Parents should live their children equally! Favoritism so often results in unfavored children getting cheated out of anything tangible and intangible that they need, want, or deserve just as much as the favorite, if not more.

Oh this one hit home. At least she got a loving grandparent, my childhood i was bullied at school and at home by four 3 sisters and a little brother, and two parents, mother being biological, the other was my stepdad. The only good thing is everything changed when I left home and went into the Army. The time away for a few years made them realize their errors, well that and the parents finally getting sober. We’re close now but thinking of my childhood still hurts.

I knew of a similar situation, but instead of rejecting them outright, she sat down with them and pointed out all the things they hadn’t been doing to try to survive. She told them that she would help them to help their selves get back on their feet, since that is what she had done. They balked a bit at the start, but then finally rebuilt their own lives and then she let them back into hers. They had finally understood what they had done and what it took for her to get where she was in life. They actually became close after some time and they never asked her to help out with money again, but she did give them gifts from time to time of semi expensive things like a special trip for a anniversary or something similar. And her greedy brother (yes he was younger just like the story) ended up on the streets after blowing all the money he had, and lived that way for several years cuz he was to ashamed to go home. Finally he managed to put his life back together and do OK working a blue collar job, had a family and such. Then his mother had gotten sick with cancer so his sister went looking for him cuz she thought he should know. After finding him she arranged to meet with him to explain what was happening, but didn’t give details till they met face to face. It was in a restaurant and he broke down at the table telling how bad he felt for everything that he had done. She said he would have to take up with their parents the things he did to them, but she had moved on a long time ago. She didn’t forgive him, nor blame him, it was in the past for her and nothing would change what had happened. What mattered to her was who he was today and in the future. If he was a good man now, and stayed that way, that’s all that mattered to her. It wasn’t a second chance or anything, just that he would have to always prove what kind of a person he was from now on. She told him if he was a good person, she would help him talk to their parents, but if not than he was just another man on the sidewalk of life. He told her not to help him, that it was something he had to face on his own, but he was glad she was willing. That’s all he needed to know to have the strength to own up to them and face them. Needless to say they all are back in contact now, and while they aren’t a typical family, they do respect each other a lot and have gotten some of that family bond back. The mother came through cancer fine, and all the grand kids are like family when they meet. They have been told that the Bro, sis, and grandparents all had problems a long time ago, so that’s why they don’t act like other families do. They are told they will learn more when they are older. So all in all it ended ok, but it definitely damaged all their relationships with each other.

Real family should care, respected, support each other and love their 💖children equally and not favour one than the other. But these parents never really understand the meaning of family as they only favour their youngest son more than their oldest daughter, sadly there are other family out there who doesn't value family as none of them don't have a clue what that word means anyway. I do feel sorry for that poor girl because she has lost the one only person who truly cared about her the most her Granfather and I really don't understand why they would treated her so horrible and forget about her while they pay so much attention to their youngest son because she hasn't done anything wrong. Well her parents got for what they deserved after years of spoiling their youngest son who stole their amount of money and mysteriously disappeared without a trace. The oldest daughter is right about won't forget for what they have done to her for all these years for paying way to much attention to her youngest brother but if I was her I still won't forgive them either since they're selfish and terrible parents. I don't know what has happened to them after this story but I'm guessing that their daughter have still disown them and told them to get a job like most people to earn money.

Most parents compare their child to someone else's, which introduces them to jealousy. Sometimes, comparing can also lead to broken relationships. Comparing one of your children to another one of yours can also lead to sibling rivalry, they can also start hating and avoid each other if the parents continue this. So parents, whatever you do, don't compare your child with another, it won't do much good and may risk your child's future relationships.

That's how I feel. For starters, I felt very unloved with my single mom before she gave birth to a second child. I got upset with all of this because of the toxic life they use me as a servant. My ex mom use to be love but now I don't need her anymore. She really screwed me up few times and tried to make things better but I don't give any chances to her after she spoiled on her son. I don't need a lecture from her bitterness. Especially I don't need to hand out the numbers to her. That's not my problem.

No matter how older or younger you are, I got treated as a scapegoat in the family as being the 7th youngest child. My dad is the only man I could rely on but I forgot he only wants a daughter to go to international university. I never thought of going to international university as I wish to be homeschool for my own self other than stressing me out. My mother is strict narcissist. She abuses me thinking it's cool to do that as the abuse gets worst. I have never expected to resent my own family because they never stand up for me. I also hate my life in here. As I am now 15 years old, I'm thinking of running away. I won't tell how I'm gonna do it but I'm not a child anymore who will stay with my trauma and my black space room. I'm tired of everyone letting me down. Wish me luck.
