It seems that parents should love all their children equally, but unfortunately it isn’t always the case. Until the age of ten, the girl named Irina was the happiest child in the world, she was a daddy’s girl as well as a mother’s favorite. After that, her brother Oleg was born and her parents switched all their love and attention to the baby, almost wiping the oldest daughter from memory. What is more, later they sent her to the village, to her grandfather for the whole summer vacations.

I have a similar story. Ever since my younger brother was born he was their favorite as he was mom's favorite and also good in studies. Today he has settled abroad as his wife refused to stay back with our parents to share their responsibilities. My mom and dad aren't healthy anymore and my dad has been through 5 surgeries. I have taken care of him single handedly by running around the hospitals during the emergency to save him at the cost of my health and my job. Now that he has recovered he says he dosen't remember the efforts I put in to save him. My parents still continue to love my younger brother more as he is more successful in life. Me and my wife feel that we are here only to take care of them and face their tantrums. But since they don't have anyone else who would look after them, I can't deny my moral responsibility.

Maybe if the parents had treated her as her grandfather did she would be more than willing to help them. But since they forgot about her as a child she now we'll forget about them as an adult. If I was her I would try to have a relationship with my brother but only if he wanted to do so and not want any of my money. it's not his fault that their parents didn't let him have a relationship with her.

....never know the true story of your brothers side you might find out that...you we're more deeply connect then you could imagine and he have stuff you need and would want too know and see....but don't lose your relationship with him because you might see what he did was what love really is in his eyes for you and broke chain's curses that you wouldn't know of but that's what saving and free will give you....when your saved....make sure you speak too him and who knows he could have some more stuff for you.

I’m the oldest in my family.. I used to get whatever I want when I was younger, and I still do, but that’s mainly because of my persuasion skills. My sister (the middle) is always thought of as the most hardworking, but she doesn’t really get everything she wants. My BROTHER (the youngest) gets EVERYTHING. No joke. He had a PHONE when he was TWO. He’s the most spoiled out of all three of us.

The parents were monsters, with no love for their daughter once their Male Son was born. A Boy who would grow up to be a Man who would care for them and provide his parents when they were old! How Convenient! Until it didn't work out the way they expected. The daughter blossomed and was happy and deserved what she received. And realized what her "parents" really were. The words: The Words: What goes around, comes around, eventually! She was truly loved and cared for by her grandfather. A child is born innocent and trusting with a "clean slate." Very quickly, they learn what is real and what is not. They remember. And they don't forget! Ever!

Honestly, I can relate a lot to this. I’m the younger one though. My ma seems to favor my 2nd older sister more even though she never did anything for her. When my biological dad passed, my sister would just stay in her room and be all lazy and stubborn. She didn’t even do anything. Me on the other hand, was being my ma’s emotional support, doing everything in the house, and never got any breaks compared to my sister. I basically helped my ma cope with everything. After moving to California to stay with our step-dad, she seems like she completely forgot about everything I did for her. Whenever I spill something on accident, yells and berates me like nothing. When my sister accidentally spills something, she lectures her more calmly. One time, my sister took a nap, and my ma didn’t even say anything to her. Yet, when I took a nap the same day, she starts yelling at me and berates me for taking a nap. It legit seems like she forgot everything I did for her back when we were living in Oregon.

I know what it like for a family to love one son more than the other. When someone I knew got into trouble, his parents only concern was how it may effect the brother. They even stood by when the first sons family were put out on to the street with nothing, leaving the wife and two children destitute.

Nope being the middle child is Me a sibling of 5 so 3/5. I have a 9 year old brother , I’m 12. And I feel like my mom loves my brother more than me. When my brother gets a good grade on his report card, my mom is so happy for him and shows his report card to all my family members. But with me, when I pass a super hard test, my mom just said good job and that’s all. I love my mother very much, but I just don’t feel loved. The reason my brother gets good grades is because my mom does all his homework for him he doesn’t do any of it. I do all my homework by myself. I know I should be happy I have a brother, but I miss being the only child. My brother is always mean to me.

Really some parents have to stop doing this. It hurt the others kid. They all equally.

Me and my mom and dad were like the most happiest family on the earth it seemed like we never disagreed bit that all changes eventually when I was 4 my mom announced she was pregnant we when I was 5 it all changed 5 when I was 5 years old a new member of the family was born my little sister when she was took home I barely even got noticed my little sister got a birthday party I didn't she got everything I wanted I got nothing she Evan got her own room and I have to sleep on a cot in the attic she always blames stuff on me so I got in trouble and when my mom was in the living room and watched my sister brake stuff she still blamed it on me and I wasn't even on the house I was at a friends house so 6 years went by now and nothing changed my 6 year old bratty sister

Sorry to say but your little sister is a wicked brat. That is so disgusting to her that your parents and little sister blames things on you when it isn't even your fault, one day I see that you will be greater then what they think and will regret what they did to you.

It was so good growing up knowing what you're parents true colors and facing them with humble and i acn't get it i can say it's okay if you have many siblings but 2 kids can look with attention

My mom always hug my *younger sister* infront of me and I'll be just acting like I'm watching something from phone while sitting in the corner 😞 and today, (my younger sis birthday) she got $580USD from my grandparents and all but when it was my birthday last year, they only gave $70USD so I cried a lot in my bed today I even want to die why should I live when no-one in my family loves me? Even my best friends have new best friends and some has changed. I'm not going to school anymore because of bullying and toxic friends I'm doing online school.. My dad always go to another country for work, I can hear my mom and my sis singing karaoke in the room I just don't know what to do anymore in my life
