In this Parga, Greece video we take you with us to, in our opinion, the Best Traditional Greek Food Taverna in Parga - Taverna Andreas located on Parga Hill a short walk from the entrance to the Venetian Castle. This was our second visit to Parga, Greece and we had returned as we had had such an incredible summer holiday experience in this little GEM of a Greek, Town the year before. The beauty of the town and the area surrounding it, the beaches and the the abundance of amazing Greek food restaurants and Tavernas are what made us come back! The standard of the food served in Parga is very high, we had tried three excellent Greek Tavernas the year before and were now keen to find some new ones. We hope you enjoy this video and that it inspires you for a new place to eat on your next holiday in Parga, Greece.

Wow what a wonderfully produced video. The atmosphere at that restaurant looks so relaxed and chilled and obviously the food looking absolutely delicious also. If I'm ever in Parga I'm definitely going to visit this place.

The food here was amazing! Friendly warm and efficient staff, a cozy welcoming outdoor seating area and delicious beautifully presented food, what more can one ask for! What a beautiful restaurant and not only did the food look amazing the presentation was deffo wow factor. Exactly what me and mags would enjoy in a holiday , it’s almost identical the types of things you like and we like . Parga is the perfect place for us and can’t wait to visit 👍 have a good week

Presentation was TOP! For us, presentation is just as important as taste, and the Taverna Andreas knows how to present delicious food beautifully! I have really enjoyed all your Parga videos; a place I have yet to visit, yet known about since early '90's as a colleague used to visit every year. Great to see Maro's lovely parents. Next time you have to try "Perivoli" at the other end of Parga town. It's fabulous an measures well with Andreas. It's maybe better! Try it!

Thanks for the tip! Parga is full of so many excellent restaurants that it is difficult to make a wrong choice! We very much enjoyed the location, surroundings and warm hospitality at Andreas so we must be honest and say we plan to spend most of our 3 weeks in Parga sampling more of the items on the menu that we did not try last summer ;-) Parga is such a wonderful place. A nice video, but just a technical comment, there seems to be quite a difference in volume between the music (louder) and audio from the restaurant (softer). But. the videography work was good, I can see how you have improved over the years. I have no idea what Maro is saying when she is ordering in Greek, but sounds quite fluent! I like a good Moussaka, and meze platters are a favourite when visiting a Greek restaurant!

Thanks for watching and thanks for your kind comment Douglas. You are quite right the music is louder than the audio in the restaurant and that is actually done purposely for a good reason. Restaurants always have background music, some louder than others, and that is picked up in our video recording. If the music in the background is copyright protected we will get a copyright notification from KZfaq (there system is very sensitive) and will either have to remove the segment or transfer ad revenue from the video to the music copyright owner - not a good deal for our work ;-) Therefore our non-copyright music has to be used louder over it. Very good job! The only thing that I disagree is all these musics that you use ("something like Zorbas") which are not Greek at all. Greek music has a great and rich music heritage like the gastronomy. Many greetings from Thessaloniki.

No matter our differences, I hope that one day our two people can learn to co-exist in harmony.

Don't forget that your national air space -which is respected- is protected by the Greek air force. I think we have mutual agreements and understanding as two different nations with common borders.
