Thank you for listing the spices. What do you put in your homemade masala? Looks like achiote powder and other things... Your turkey byriani inspired me I made today a chicken byriani. Aleppo pepper Gloves coriander Himalayan pink salt black poepper onion powder garlic powder nutmeg allspice black peppercorns dried Chile bayleaf turmeric garam.masala. Drytoast. Add coconut oil and butter. Add chicken pieces and brown. Add 2 purple onions and 2 garlic gloves. A little bit of sugar and a tiny bit of apple cider vinegar. Wash rice. Put rice in crock pot ( electric slowcooker), add browned chicken pieces, add Greek yoghurt. Slowcook. Yum.wish I could send you some
