This is the part about airplane building I absolutely despise. I wish someone would come up with a system where all you have to do is rivet on some plastic panels and trim off the excess and be done with it.

What is the glue that you use to secure the fabric? What is the iron temperature?

Stewart Systems EkoBond is the glue. Normally we use 250F on the iron, but if there is metal under the fabric absorbing the heat, a little higher may be needed. To shrink fabric and tapes around a curve we might go all the way to 350 in steps to get all the wrinkles out.'
