Did you put oil or some kind of lube over camshaft vanos bolts before torque them. Or just clean? Thanks

hii sir. i have aproblem with my mini cooper s 2012 engine n18b16a..the computer shows " low pressure" . i replaced a new high pressure pump and its didn't work. what do you is the problem?
