Hi Paul, I do work on 1/18 and I've been using ProSacle quite a bit now ( paints, primers, flocks and 2K system as well ) and i cant express enough how much my work has been developed, I'm not gonna lie I had to tweak my Airbrush set up a little bit for the 2K clear but all good now. Big thanks to you from Germany for the amazing products and keep up the good work. Regards, Saad 🙂

Great tips ISM , if you stick body in a dehydrator on low for a day or two will this speed up curing time so you could flat it back then polish in a few days instead of waiting a week or two ?
@InternationalScaleModeller4 ай бұрын
Why bother when I can clear the body first and let that cure while I’m doing the rest of the kit. How much of a rush are you in?

Paul, how do you suggest clearing things like wings with 2k. I tried drilling a small hole in one for a toothpick but, ended up going through. Any suggestions? Great looking Torino!

It difficult and differs from part to part I often ca glue toothpicks onto hidden area to hold them :)

Paul one question.. do you use a dehydrator for curing paint or varnish? And if so , how long do you leave the model to cure? Thanks in advance.. and as allways a flawless painting procedure !

If i can remember corectly, he did in the past, however it did not work as advertised. So he stoped using it

I have used the dehydrator to cure enamel and acrylic paint ,not laquer, I think I have to make a curing box with uv light to to create a photochemical reaction. to cure the laquer .

As said above ive had bad experience so just let them air dry now, our 2k dries super fast anyway )

The company name is "rev-ELL", as opposed to the unrelated family name "REV-ell".
