Still puzzles me why records are stored outside the jacket at the back...i found it takes up more room on the shelf, I got terrible chaffing on the outer cover from adjacent records and the oval shape of the album cover gets disfigured

I met George once myself. I managed a record store in New Jersey for about 20 years. Benson spent about 2 hours there one day. Nice guy, although he wasn't very interested in talking about a doo wop record he made with a vocal group in his early days.
