This is incredible! You can learn so much just by watching raw footage like this. I wish there were more documentaries like this.

I know this was 10 months ago, but this video helps me to sleep soundly...the waves, the water splashing onto the boat, the calmness inside, and the ambient noise..so, peaceful. Thx guys. Post more videos, please!!

This was amazing therapy for me because all night I had to listen to my drugged up/drunk knuckledragger neighbours. Today I feel like showing them this video and saying, "This is what REAL men look like!"

I'm so glad these kind of videos were not around when I was a kid, my dad worked on tug boats towing with a 1800' line tied to oil barges from N. Y. to TX. I know he was working during some storms almost went overboard during one. I would have been worried so much more about him. :) peace Be safe out there.

Brings back memories. I was on the US Coast Guard cutter in the early 1960s and remember all too well the heavy seas on ocean station Bravo and Charley for a month at a time. (south of Greenland) The ships were custom built to withstand heavy weather and were called weather cutters. They were steamships and 327 feet long.

Great videos! Watching during a nightshift at Lerwick Port Control. A fine night and all quiet in the harbour.

If I was going to be at sea during a good storm, this is one vessel that I would feel safe on.

These videos are very enjoyable for me to watch. I was thinking that they also serve a more important role: cadets and seaman learning in schools and academy's around the world get to see real-world sailors working and it is very educational. Bless You.
