I found that you need to move to barefoot with some education first. I jumped into Xero barefoot shoes too quickly and ended up with calcaneal bursitis. I look forward to getting it right this time!

Oh yes! It's essential to know the process and transitional aspect of stepping into the barefoot world.

With natural walking gate the foot is, when it touches the ground, essentially completely flat with the weight on the front half of the foot :-)
