I have envy. Just move the latch to match the hole. And as far as the insulation, I would make a smaller area with 2x4s to form rooms just to get a cheaper quote.

Yeah, I will complain you are right. I don't mean to have shop envy, just something for me to talk about that might be of interest. They also dont have my loan-envy lol

I was guessing $6-7K. $5300 sounds good. Spray foam also adds a lot of strength to your metal building.

Definitely have them fix the lock, and don't let them just take a hacksaw to the rail to make the bolt fit! LOL Do you have ridge vents on your roof? Seems like you could use some more venting.
