Question about all the fascia stretching! Can I do all the stretches every day? Or should I be practicing the rule of thumb for working muscle groups- alternating days/1-2 times per week per muscle group? Thinking it through, stretching can be done every day, but fascia stretching is strength training, too... Guidance? TYIA💚

Hello Betsy and thank you for your message! That is a great question. I often suggesting doing 3-4 activations a day, the ones that feel beneficial and needed in the body. Or you can pick abs choose. For instance, I do 2 right when I wake up and then I do a few prior to a workout. It is also great to add in a full body flow at least once a week. Even though you are activating in the Fascia stretch it is different than normal strength training. If your body is asking for a rest, then absolutely take a break!
