I'm creating a fusion dish that combines elements from Italian, Japanese and Korean cuisine can result in a unique and flavorful experience. In this recipe, I am making Pasta Carbonara with a twist of miso and gochujang, adding a savory and spicy depth to the traditional dish.
This dish that you should try, brings together the creamy texture of a traditional carbonara with the umami of miso and the spiciness of gochujang, creating a delicious and unique fusion pasta. Enjoy!
Ingredients:
✏️ 2 whole - Eggs
✏️ 1- Additional Yolk
✏️ Parmesan Cheese
✏️ 1 Tbsp - Miso
✏️ 1 Tbsp - Gochujang
✏️ Little bit Black Pepper
✏️ 3 Tbsp - Cooking Cream
✏️ Olive oil
✏️ 2 nos - Beef Brisket
✏️ Spaghetti
✏️ Pinch of salt
✏️ Chinese Parsley
✏️ Toasted Sesame Seed
