Hi everyone! I'm from Italy (I was born in Rome 😍) and if you're curious and want to know more the "white sauce" is actually a traditional sauce called "Crema di Parmigiano" and that literally means parmesan cheese cream so the correct way to make the sauce is to use this particular type of cheese. Another tip is that Italians don't really use oregano in this recipe just go for salt and pepper. Second if you want to be "more Italian" prefer using extra virgin olive oil while cooking instead of other oils. Last but not least when you serve it try to add a little bit of raw olive oil on top (it is a very very special Italian secret). Bharat Ji, I cook Pasta (the ones available off the shelf) in the normal style as depicted in your this video, but I do use oil... and the trick is to use it TWICE once when I am doing it Al Dante, and then when you put it into a colander to cool it, I add some oil then also and stir it a little bit so that oil gets into pasta but the excess is drained... and sir I had such an amazing pasta, separated from each other and no strands cut because of sticking with each other. Hope this tip helps to all enthusiastic cook.
