Pasta - 1.5 Cup (150gm )
7-8 Cup - Water
1/2 tsp - Salt
1 tsp - Oil
White Sauce :
500ml - Milk
2 tbsp - Butter
2 tbsp - Maida
1 tsp - Salt
1/4 tsp - Black Pepper Powder
1 tsp - Sugar
Pinch - Nutmeg Powder
Preparation:
2 tbsp - Olive Oil
1.5 tbsp - Garlic Crushed
1/2 Cup - Carrot Chopped
2-3 tbsp - Broccoli parboiled
1/2 Cup - Bell pepper (Green / Red/ Yellow)
1/4 Cup Boiled Corn ( boiling time pinch turmeric , Pinch Sugar )
Zucchini , Celery Stem optional
1/2 tsp - Salt
White sauce
Boiled Pasta
1 Cup - Amul Cream
1/2 Cup - Grated Cheese
1/2 tsp - Oregano
1 tsp - Mix Herb
1/2 tsp - Chilli Flaks
1/2 cup - Milk ( Adjust the consistency)
2 tsp - Black Olives Slice
