thank you so much for the informational video, I started having pain below the knee cap on my right leg when going down the stairs. I strongly believe its due to me recently picking up jump rope. I think I might have practice too much in a short time and injured myself.

I have this pain and it occurred suddenly. Even though I used to workout 5 times a week for a year and half, but I don't understand why I am experiencing this pain. I do cardio, lifting, kickboxing, and I gradually increase weight used and intensity of cardio and everything was perfectly fine, then suddenly the pain occurred. I am doing therapy and therapist told me to train my quads to become stronger, but after a year and half, my quads aren't strong yet?! I've put on weight (2 kgs) could that be the reason?
