I met someone like this on the ward when I went it to long stay, her name was Jessica. She made it a lot less scary than what it was. I had been short stay before and that was on my own accord. When I went in long stay, I had been sectioned. Jessica decided to become my "ward bestie." She had been in for 8 months before I got there and 4 months after. She left 3 months before me and she made sure that I didn't feel alone. I was the youngest at the ward at the time (I was 13) and she was just so nice about everything. She said that I was in the right place for help and she gave me all the helpful hints needed to get through it. I'll never forget her

I got off my ward recently and my night nurse was a lot like this her name was Abby she was so nice and spent one night talking to me because she knew I couldn't sleep. Also another nurse called Ben was there during the day. He was so kind and we spoke a lot about computers and rick and morty he was great. Loved them to pieces, kinda miss them really which is...weird ig but they treated me so well

This was so therapeutic. It was an actual patient instead of some pre-entry examination for mental health intake. I really want to avoid going to a ward. Some parts of me do want to go: one thinks it will help, another is just curious. This kind of satisfied the curiosity. It also helped me to feel like I was getting help. Thanks for making it.

About the dog part me looks at my retired police dog (kaneiki) Me-i love you Kane Kane-tilts head He helps he so much I had a cat until I had to get rid of her coz my allergies got really bad Also they would have to pry my stuffed animal from me coz I ain't letting it go

I’m surprised that I’ve never been put in the psych ward, I almost got put in one though

What a lovely audio really gives you a more comfortable perspective on the life in a ward, though I never been to a ward this video has helped me consider going. It might help me or at the very least be an interesting experience. Though I wonder what tag I’d get. Could anyone who has knowledge on the subject inform me about the different types. I don’t know how to describe what I have without sounding preachy so I’ll just say it, I have depressive episodes for some months and then a great feeling for a couple then repeat I also have a case of MSCU and HI so I’m not sure what that means, if anyone could inform me that would be great, also again lovely audio.
