Hey YVFE thank you! I agree it can really help, as I said in the video not to say “o today I’ll just sit on the couch all day to recover my body battery is low”, but more in a switching hard training days around when we have a higher number vs a low number to get the max out of the session

Great one bro. This topics of course are also an interest of mine. I find going to bed at 8 the best. Dinner around 5-6 sometimes i digest fast sometimes maybe i eat a lot and it takes more effort for my digestion and like u said sleeping is a bit interrupt. But im working out to what thats exactly related. I find the more i sleep before midnight the better. the other day i wake up at 00:30 and had bowl of oats cos i was a bit hungry and then slept very good, wake up energized and ready to roll. I think every has an impact all together: the stress u have every day, how much u sit, slouch on the computer during the day.. yeah random stuff but great topic

Very true! Everything impacts these scores, including work, stressful relationships, training.. I think using this extra data can be helpful for each and everyone of us to figure out what is best for us - we are all unique. For example I stopped eating cornflakes with sugar close to bed because it would tank my sleep score 🥵🥵 vs if I eat rice or sweet potatoes, same amount of calories, but I sleep like a KING 👑 Love you bro! Great question - it's WF f5 One from the connect iq store. It's sick! I've tried many and this one is my favorite. Another good one is "Simple TDB" but it's a little more processor heavy

Hey Patrick here is a topic idea for you. Getting out of a fitness rut. And by that I mean my fitness regime is generally pretty strong and has been for many years, mostly swim, cycle, run. And monthly frequency of at least 20 fitness occasions. But sometimes work gets busy, life gets busy, and the next thing I know 6 weeks go by with not much activity. And then getting back into it and into a new rhythm can be difficult. So have you been in a rut and what strategies did you employ to get out of your fitness rut? Because I’m in one right now and I bet many active people have the same. And it’s like hitting a mental block too
