How much can you lose before getting the account taken away?

Depends on the account , for top step 50k - 2k, 100k - 3k and 150k - 4.5k

@@Jc-bc3fyon apex it’s -2k at first then once you reach 52.1k it stays at 50.1k no matter where you go that’s why I use apex cuz I have a 70k acc and I could lose 15k and not lose the account

You can lose it fast as hell, like he said this is for someone who’s intermediate and higher. But you can still set up an account and paper trade along with the real market and I would 1000% recommend that experience

I was possibly interested in TopStep but when I started reading their website and maximum number of contracts that are allowed (5) I quickly became disinterested. Is that not the case? I see you trading more contracts then that and wondering what/how many day trade contracts are allowed. Trying to find out as well as contract margins

It appears by reviewing TopStep funding requirements, a 50k funded account allows you to only trade 5 MES contracts? Not interested

@@PatrickWielande means that he spends money buying things such as real estate Instead of using it as capital for trading But since they’re a profitable trader it takes the risk out
